Generally speaking, it is not suggested to delete your account and data in BrainAtom AI as we will not be able to recover those once the action is taken. In case that you want to deactivate your account and delete all your data in BrainAtom AI, please follow the procedures as below:
- Send a mail from your mailbox(registered with your username) to our support: support@brainatom.com , claiming that you want to deactivate your account and delete all you data regarding your username.
- Once our support receives the mail, the action will be taken within 24-48 working hours.
